About The Role - Project Management Office (PMO) As a PMO Analyst, you'll oversee project and work package delivery, ensuring compliance with policies and governance frameworks. You'll define and manage project stage requirements, support acceptance and handover to service, and prepare regular highlight and stage reports for senior stakeholders. The role involves managing risks, supporting financial visibility, and ensuring alignment of objectives across the wider programme. You'll build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain transparency and delivery confidence. What We're Looking For - Project Management Office (PMO) Proven experience managing or supporting Transition and Transformation projects. Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and financial reporting. Experience in stakeholder engagement and alignment of project objectives to wider programme goals. Knowledge of Agile principles is advantageous. Experience within the Defence or National Security sector highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver under pressure.
