2. Design eye‑catching publications and campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and brand recognition

You’ll play a pivotal role in leading the design and launch of a brand‑new, unified website — consolidating multiple subsidiary sites into one powerful platform that meets regulatory standards and showcases our organisation at its best.

A typical day might look like:
5. Designing and laying out digital publications and marketing materials
6. Leading website design and content management (full CMS skill set required)
7. Creating and scheduling social media content and reels for Acis Group channels
8. Managing and optimising all digital platforms to increase engagement and conversions
9. Overseeing and supporting Acis Students and Acis Communities teams with their social channels
10. Developing and designing online customer communications (Home News, Your Voice, MyAcis (online customer portal)
11. Training teams on digital tools such as Your Voice, Mailchimp and CMS platforms
12. Managing online campaigns, including Pay Per Click activity
13. Refreshing and optimising digital platforms, including live chat and MyAcis growth
14. Tracking and analysing digital marketing performance metrics and using insights to improve strategies
15. Working cross-departmentally to align digital marketing efforts with business priorities
16. Supporting CRM integration and automation for personalised customer experiences
17. Leading the unified website project from planning through to launch.
Some of the experience / skills you’ll need to be considered for this role:
18. Proven experience in digital marketing and design roles
19. Strong knowledge of CMS platforms and website management
20. Experience creating and managing social media content, including video and reels
21. Skilled in digital design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar)
22. Ability to analyse data and report on digital performance metrics
23. Understanding of CRM systems and digital automation
24. Experience managing online campaigns, including PPC
25. Project management experience for large-scale digital initiatives.
