About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation based in Chatham who are seeking a proactive and highly organised Service Coordinator to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working with customers, engineers, and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate engineer schedules and allocate jobs efficiently
Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding service queries
Monitor job progress, ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales
Process service-related documentation, reports, and updates
Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
Maintain accurate records within the service management system
Provide excellent customer service at all times
What We're Looking For:
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Experience in a service, scheduling, coordination, or helpdesk role
Confident communicator with the ability to multitask
Good IT competency, including CRM or scheduling software
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
