Eden Brown Synergy are looking for an exceptional and visionary leader to join Lincolnshire County Council as Head of Early Intervention & Independence (Principal Occupational Therapist) within Adult Social Care.

Salary: £81,688 per annum
Working Pattern: Hybrid working - 2 days remote, 3 days office-based

About the Role
As a senior leader within Adult Social Care, you will:
Drive the strategic development and delivery of high-performing services, including:
Occupational Therapy Services
Maximising Independence
Integrated Community Equipment Service
Champion innovation and prevention-first approaches, reducing reliance on statutory care.
Provide professional leadership for Occupational Therapy practice across Lincolnshire, ensuring high standards, evidence-based interventions, and continuous improvement.
Lead multi-agency partnerships with health, housing, and community organisations to deliver integrated, person-centred solutions.
Manage significant budgets and resources, ensuring value for money and service excellence.
Embed co-production and partnership working across services.
Play a critical role in delivering Lincolnshire's vision for resilient communities and a culture of independence and wellbeing.
About You
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and inspirational leader who can demonstrate:
Qualification as an Occupational Therapist, with HCPC registration.
Extensive experience within adult social care, including strategic leadership and service transformation.
Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-million-pound budgets.
Strong skills in multi-agency partnership working and integrated service delivery.
A passion for promoting independence, prevention, digital innovation, and collaboration.
A management qualification and experience working across complex systems.
Knowledge of Lincolnshire's health and care landscape is desirable.
