Operates a global supply chain with manufacturing and sourcing across Turkey and Asia, distributing into key markets including the UK, USA and Australia.

The role:
Oversee stock and inventory control, ensuring accurate stock positions while aligning material planning with production schedules.
Drive demand planning to meet customer requirements, balancing inventory levels and supply availability across all markets.
Coordinate closely with international suppliers and logistics teams, ensuring materials and shipments are planned efficiently.
Collaborate with the UK Sales GM to align stock, material planning, and demand forecasts with commercial priorities.
Analyse inventory performance and trends, identifying opportunities to reduce stock risk, improve turnover, and optimise working capital.
What Were Looking For:
Experience in demand planning, stock control or supply chain coordination, ideally within FMCG or product-led businesses.
Strong analytical capability with the ability to forecast demand and translate this into accurate ordering and replenishment plans.
Proven experience managing inventory levels, stock reconciliation and minimising stock shortages or overstock.
Confident working with ERP systems, spreadsheets and planning tools to monitor stock, orders and supply schedules.
Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate closely with suppliers, logistics and internal teams to maintain product availability.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in demand planning, inventory management or stock control within a product-led or FMCG environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, forecast demand and make informed stock decisions.
Comfortable working with ERP systems and advanced Excel to manage stock levels, orders and reporting.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple SKUs, suppliers and delivery timelines simultaneously.
A proactive problem solver who can identify stock risks early and work cross-functionally to maintain product availability.
