Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop command and control architectures for advanced systems
* Contribute to the development and evolution of future product instantiations
* Work across the full software lifecycle, from requirements through to verification and validation
* Collaborate with stakeholders and requirement authorities to define and refine solutions
* Produce clear and effective technical documentation
* Support continuous improvement by introducing new tools, techniques, and development approaches
* Ensure high standards of code quality, safety, and reliability
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong background in software engineering
* Proven experience developing in C++
* Experience working across the full software development lifecycle
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining delivery momentum
* Experience with additional languages or technologies such as is advantageous
