About The Role SITE ADMINISTRATOR - 16month Fixed Term Contract Division: Civil Engineering Location: Woking Benefits: Subsidised Private Medical Cover; Life Assurance Scheme, Contributory Pension, 35 Days annual leave (Including Public Holidays) We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Site Administrator to join our team. Based on site, the successful candidate will assist and support the wider team and seek to establish strong working relationships across the Project and wider division. Flexible hours may be considered for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar Administrator/Receptionist role with a Construction company Typical duties will include: Provide clerical support to the project team, including word processing, photocopying, fax and post duties. Assist with the development and maintenance of filing and administrative systems operating in the Insurance department to include the collation of materials, as required. Assist with production of reports and documents to an acceptable standard, as required. Take and record messages accurately. Deal with incoming and preparation of outgoing mail. Book and record travel arrangements for the department. Carry out any other duties as are necessary within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Project Manager. Essential Criteria Solid experience of site administration / document control experience. Fully IT literate, with the ability to quickly adapt to platforms such as SharePoint, Viewpoint 4P, and Autodesk Build. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Professional, approachable, and confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work full-time on site in Leeds. Desirable Criteria Experience working on large-scale construction projects. Familiarity with document control platforms in a construction or engineering setting. Proven ability to manage dual roles effectively, balancing technical document control and front-facing administration tasks.
