As a Customer Success Manager, you will be looking after a portfolio of smaller accounts, increasing spend, and managing renewals. There is a clear progression plan to become a Senior Account Manager.
Our client is a forward-thinking tech company based in the events industry space.
They have a market-leading virtual, hybrid, and in-person event platform takes engagement to the next level, offering interactive features such as real-time video and chat networking, live polling, and video breakout rooms.
The ideal candidate will be able to commute to Dorset 3-4 days per week.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Customer Success Manager you will be expected to:
1. Conduct engaging product demonstrations for both prospect and existing customers
2. Identify upsell opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and create a sense of urgency to drive growth
3. Maintain deep expertise in the companies' products, stay informed on industry developments, and monitor competitor offerings
4. Ensure CRM records are consistently accurate and up to date to effectively oversee your customer portfolio
