We have an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting our clients through effective workstation assessment management and product recommendations.

This role will require regular travel to clients sites based in and around London What youll do: Manage the WorkRite system for designated clients, ensuring all cases are updated promptly.
Oversee the workstation assessment (DSE) process and provide guidance remotely (or occasionally face-to-face) for staff with workstation or musculoskeletal issues.
Administer client e-learning systems and arrange triage calls/assessments.
Recommend products and manage ordering processes, keeping clients and end users informed.
Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support, including Management Information and compliance improvement opportunities.
Assist in developing services based on client feedback.

Suitable background and experience in providing DSE assessments, as well as preferably having a physiology background.
