Do you have a passion for supporting families and promoting positive infant feeding experiences?
HCRG Care Group is seeking a compassionate and motivated Infant Feeding Supporter to join our Community Infant Feeding Team across Lancashire. You will promote breastfeeding, responsive bottle feeding, and healthy infant nutrition in line with BFI Gold standards, and will role‑model compassionate, non‑judgemental communication and care.
Main duties of the job
In addition to direct support, you will also:
* Contribute to the creation and development of high‑quality infant feeding resources, ensuring information is accessible, evidence‑based, and aligned with BFI Gold requirements.
* Support the planning and delivery of local and national campaigns such as Breastfeeding Celebration Week, Infant Feeding Awareness activities, and Family Hub engagement events.
* Work collaboratively with partners across the 019 service, Family Hubs, Maternity, and wider community networks.
