Receptionist – Infrastructure
Location – Sizewell/Rendlesham
Purpose of the role:
Having been successful with the award of a large infrastructure scheme on behalf of our client Sizewell C, we are looking to further enhance our site based delivery team with a receptionist based at one of our two on-site locations. As receptionist you will deliver a professional reception service to internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Deliver a professional and courteous reception service for all visitors
2. Manage site inductions, including booking forms, biometrics onboarding, and the Sizewell induction platform
3. Provide flexible cover in the absence of other receptionists
4. Maintain signing-in registers, telephone lists, and reception notes
5. Handle deliveries, scanning documents, logging them, and notifying addressees
6. Monitor and replenish stock of refreshments, lanyards, and stationery
7. Share staff updates on travel issues as required
8. Keep reception and seating areas tidy, projecting a professional company image, and support the Office Manager with ad hoc duties
