🔍 The Role
As a Service Leader, you’ll oversee 2–3 supported living services, leading and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality, person-led care and support.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting a team of Support Workers
Supporting people to live independently in their own homes
Overseeing care plans, risk assessments, audits and compliance
Managing challenging behaviours with skill and empathy
Recruiting, training, and supervising staff
Promoting a positive, empowering service culture
✅ What You’ll Bring
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum)
Experience in social care & service management
Strong understanding of care regulations and best practice
A proactive, compassionate leadership approach
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
