* A Proven Track Record of working in retail at Supervisory and/or Management Level.
* Strong interest in Fashion Retail and Commercial Awareness.
* A natural leader and role model who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Innate attention to detail and the ability to make commercial decisions.
* An experienced professional who is adaptable, approachable, and resilient.
* Current and relevant product knowledge and market awareness.
* Experience in managing a large team.
