The Senior Healthcare Assistant will play a vital role in leading the care team, supporting junior staff, and ensuring that each residents needs are met with dignity and compassion. This position involves working closely with nursing and management teams to maintain high standards of care, assist with personal care, mobility, and nutrition, and monitor residents wellbeing. The Senior Healthcare Assistant will also be responsible for accurate documentation, medication administration following protocols, and supporting the training and orientation of new team members.
