Role Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Installer to lead one of Ayrton’s fitting teams, ensuring that our products are installed to the highest standards.
The Senior Installer will oversee the installation of timber windows and doors, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You will attend booked appointments at clients’ homes in a fully equipped company van to fit timber windows and doors to a variety of windows, doors and homes.
This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail. The Head Installer will be responsible for liaising with clients, our Operations team, mentoring junior installers and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
The Senior Installer must have proven timber window and door industry experience for a minimum of 3 years, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role. Be competent in full replacement and have excellent finishing and communication skills.
The successful candidate/team will be able to demonstrate reliability and motivation to get the job done correctly and have an exceptional eye for detail. They must be able and willing to work alone or as part of a team, as the installation project requires. They must install our product as specified. They must always represent the company in the best possible light, producing a high standard of workmanship and professionalism and demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Work Location:
On site across all London postcodes. Head Office is in Wandsworth SW18 5AD and warehouse in Wandsworth. The Head Installer will be expected to travel to projects as directed and coordinated by Ayrton’s Operations team.
The package:
* 5 Day Week (Monday - Friday), Saturday work available if desired.
* Full use of a company van will be provided
* Training provided for new products as necessary.
* Access to Bi-Annual bonus scheme & company benefits package after 3 months
Salary
£33,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
