We're looking for a versatile Plumber & General Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our park's facilities in top shape From plumbing repairs to general upkeep, your expertise will help ensure our guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and hassle-free stay.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out inspections, plumbing, general maintenance repairs across holiday homes and park facilities.
Promptly diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, both routine and urgent to ensure everything remains safe, functional, and guest-ready.
Respond to general maintenance requests from guests, owners, or team in a friendly and professional manner.
Conduct routine checks on facilities and equipment to maintain safety and performance.
Work collaboratively with the wider maintenance team to deliver high-quality service across the park.
Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Fully qualified Plumber (City & Guilds Level 1 or equivalent) with proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.
Practical experience in general maintenance is essential.
Previous experience working in a holiday park or similar setting is a bonus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong awareness of health and safety regulations and commitment to a safe working environment.
Full UK Driving License essential.
