The Walton Park Hotel is a busy hotel with bar, restaurant and extensive conference and banqueting faciltites, situated in an idylic location.
We are looking for a full and part time Front of House Assistants. The role is based on the needs of the business, it requires you to work weekends as well as evenings. The role does require you to have a positive and can-do attitude. Our Front of House Assistants are heart of the hotel, offering first class customer service, as well as answering any enquiries.
Duties will consist of:
Restaurant and bar service & functions
Offering high level of customer service
Offering a warm welcome and answering any questions our guest may have
Supporting other team members in the delivery of the hotel food and beverage service
