Join to apply for the HR Business Partner - Interim role at BAXI. Interim HR Business Partner initially 6 months, with option to cover 12 months. Warwick 2/3 days a week Hybrid working. An exciting vacancy has arisen within our HR Team for an HR Business Partner to join the team. Reporting directly to the HR Director, the main purpose of this role is to business partner with the Sales and Service teams and act as a member of the leadership team within the Warwick site, adhering to and exemplifying high ethical standards.
Responsibilities
* Coach, guide and empower managers in all aspects of people management to drive a high-performance culture.
* Develop local people plans and drive delivery.
* Lead overall business change management, ensuring excellent engagement with employees to improve people processes and employer reputation.
* Lead all talent management processes, identifying high potentials and linking these to succession plans.
* Work with the Head of L&D to ensure a healthy talent pipeline, including development and improvements in overall diversity.
* Partner with people leaders to review organisational design and structure as required.
* Collaborate with the Communications team on people-related initiatives, ensuring all channels are effectively used.
* Coach managers on senior and complex performance management issues.
* Facilitate performance calibration discussions and challenge as appropriate.
* Calibrate with the Head of L&D on skills gap analysis and improving workforce capability.
* Facilitate data-led decision making using people analytics.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience as an HR generalist, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
* CIPD or equivalent qualification.
* Advanced theoretical knowledge and experience in a breadth of HR activities and best practices.
* Essential commercial insight and experience gained through cross-functional work.
* Extensive change management experience.
* Ability to translate commercial insights into the Sales and Service functions people agenda.
* Proven ability to persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and functions.
* Consultancy skills, specifically diagnosis and contracting.
* Excellent coaching and relationship building skills.
* Strong employee relations experience.
* Track record as a valued coach and peer in the business.
* Broad awareness and empathy for talent, reward, resourcing and organisational change agendas.
* Tenacity and resilience.
* Delivery focused with a strong work ethic.
