Join our team as a Property Administrator and support the delivery of property, project and Hard FM activities across our UK estate. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, providing high-quality administrative support to Property Managers and project teams.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where organisation, attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. You’ll be at the centre of day-to-day activity, helping to ensure processes, systems and documentation are maintained to a high standard.
The role will involve occasional UK travel, including regular visits to Newcastle, to support wider team and project requirements.
What you'll be doing
* Manage the property services inbox, responding to queries and directing tasks appropriately
* Maintain property systems and databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
* Act as a key point of contact for property-related enquiries across the business
* Coordinate documentation, including legal approvals, schedules and policy updates
* Support diary management, travel planning and team coordination
* Update and monitor PPM schedules and project trackers
* Liaise with contractors to arrange maintenance, repairs and planned works
* Raise purchase orders, process invoices and manage supplier set-up
* Ensure all documentation is accurately filed and maintained in SharePoint
Who we're looking for
You’ll have:
* Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
* Understanding of property, projects or facilities management
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive and flexible approach to work
