Salary: £12.21 per hour, higher rates achieved through overtime.
Working hours: Mon-Thurs 0600-16:00

About the Role:
As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations, helping to manufacture and prepare products to a high standard. You'll be working as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
* Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
* Assembling, packing, and preparing products for dispatch
* Ensuring quality control is maintained throughout production
* Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
* Assisting with stock checks and inventory where required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a production, warehouse or manufacturing role
* Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and adapt
* Reliable and punctual
