Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning, conducting, and documenting internal audits against ISO 9001:2015 and company-specific requirements.
* Track and support the investigation and closure of non-conformances and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
* Maintain and update controlled documents, including SOPs, work instructions, and forms.
* Support training record management and scheduling of training sessions.
* Compile and prepare data for monthly and quarterly quality performance reports.
* Assist in calibration scheduling and equipment record maintenance.
* Support the Discrepant Material Reporting (DMR) process by logging, tracking, and ensuring timely resolution of material issues.
* Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement initiatives across production and engineering teams.
* Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline QA activities.
* Provide general administrative support to the Quality department and contribute to ongoing projects to support Salt Separation Services' business objectives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Previous experience in an administrative, QA, or compliance support role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 or other quality management systems is desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work independently.
* Experience with document control systems or quality software is desirable but not essential.
