Shape a multi-year roadmap and support strategic business cases for investment and build best-in-class reporting. Elevate all reporting, scorecards and KPIs through intelligent, impactful visualisation in Power BI. Combine financial and operational metrics to build true end-to-end performance reporting. Move the business toward high-confidence self-serve analytics and strengthen data foundations. Own and maintain KPI catalogues, data dictionaries and calculation logic and drive the migration of financial data into AWS and Databricks. Improve data quality through automation, API integration and source-level process redesign. Unlock insights and feedback to senior stakeholders. Coach the team in BI best practice, Power BI adoption and automation techniques.
