Alongside our D2C offering, we operate a commercial projects arm - working with developers, contractors, hotel groups and house builders who require bathroom specification and supply across multiple units.
The Role
We are hiring a Head of Commercial Projects to own and grow Cavari's commercial pipeline from first contact through to delivery.
This is a senior, commercially-focused role. You will be the primary point of contact for all multi-unit enquiries - qualifying leads, building client relationships, producing specifications and quotations, and managing delivery to completion.
This role involves site visits, client meetings and developer conversations - you need to be mobile and present.

Who We're Looking For
You're likely:
* Experienced in specification sales, project sales or commercial account management within bathrooms, interiors, fit-out or construction
* Comfortable handling complex, multi-line quotations with tight turnaround expectations
* Commercially sharp - you understand margin, lead time and project risk
* Confident with developers, contractors and procurement teams
* Organised, self-sufficient and used to managing a pipeline without heavy management overhead
