Working for a high-growth (+25% YOY), global, luxury ecommerce retail brand, the Digital Optimisation Analyst will help to create a best-in-class online experience for their millions of customers worldwide.
The Digital Optimisation Analyst will analyse on-site web analytics, working closely with various teams across the business (Acquisition, Retention, eCommerce & Trading, Product), identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience, customer journeys and drive revenue growth.
The Digital Optimisation Analyst will have:
* Strong web analytics experience using GA4
* Come from a retail / eCommerce background
* Good stakeholder management and communication skills
* Candidates may have come from roles like Web Analyst, Digital Analyst, CRO Analyst, etc.
