With seven global training campuses Boeing Flight Training provides airlines with a comprehensive course offering, regulatory approval, and the flexibility to train their aviation professionals to a higher standard and equip them with the tools they need to safely and proficiently operate Boeing aircraft.
Working within the Customer Training Operations team at our Gatwick Campus in Crawley, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing a range of day‑to‑day processes.
Responsibilities
* Prepare all student training files and training material prior to course commencement
* Assign students using IPSS and LMS system
* Reconcile Contract Instructor invoices and provide timely summaries and accruals
* Check student pre‑requisites before course commencement
* Maintain adequate stocks of training materials including manuals
* Create and report out on metrics
* Distribute, track, and process appropriate paperwork to ensure training compliance
* Update the course locker plan in necessary locations weekly
* Communicate with stakeholders prior to the start of training of new customer to obtain necessary forms
* Utilize various reports to ensure accuracy of student count per course and take any required action
* Maintain various spreadsheets to ensure all actions, documents, and process steps are completed accurately and in a timely manner
* Process new instructors joining and instructors leaving

* Customer Focus: Build and maintain excellent customer relationship by building rapport with our customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
* Professional/Technical Expertise: Thorough knowledge of Flight Training curriculum and scheduling. Ability to fully utilize scheduling system.
* Judgement: Identifies problems and implements solutions within scope.
* Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, sharing information and making suggestions.
* Organization and Accomplishment of Work – Plans, prioritizes, completes work efficiently and cost effectively; manages multiple tasks simultaneously while achieving expected amount and quality of work. Ability to multitask to meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Minimum 1 year Scheduling experience desired, ideally in a Flight Training environment
* Minimum 1 year in a Customer Service role ideally in an Aviation environment
* Minimum 1 year experience working with computers and Microsoft 365 products
* Must be able to speak, understand, read and write English fluently; be able to communicate clearly and accurately using both verbal and written communications
* Aviation experience very desirable, especially Flight Training experience
