The Role -
* Manage a caseload of residential and commercial property files from start to finish.
* The files will consist of Freehold, leasehold, sales and purchases, lease extension, development work, and working with HNW Clients.
* contribute to the firm's business development needs when necessary.
* Maintain consistent billing figures and be able to meet KPIs
