We are recruiting for an experienced Locum Social Worker to join a Cared for Children Team. This role focuses on managing complex cases and ensuring high-quality, child-focused support.

Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of complex cared-for children cases
* Completing high-quality assessments and ensuring effective risk management
* Developing and implementing robust care plans that promote stability and positive outcomes
* Working closely with children, families, carers, and multi-agency partners
* Contributing to service planning, using your frontline expertise to shape and improve practice
* Ensuring all work meets statutory requirements and best practice standards
