Role Overview:
As a Marketing Consultant, you will join the Solidsoft Reply UK team to create engaging content that highlights marketing, technology, and the impact of our solutions. In this dynamic environment, you will support a range of marketing activities such as go-to-market strategies, events, campaigns, social media, and cross-company initiatives, while expanding your expertise. The role requires flexibility and intellectual curiosity, as you'll move between technical writing, strategic projects, and creative formats. It is ideal for someone passionate about marketing and who excels in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content and provide guidance and feedback.
2. Manage social media marketing campaigns and daily activities.
3. Develop targeted content to engage the company's core customers.
4. Monitor online activities, brand conversations, industry trends, and customer feedback across platforms.
5. Track and analyse social media metrics to optimise future strategies and campaigns.
6. Lead event planning and coordination, including vendor management and enhancing customer experience.
7. Facilitate digital events such as webinars and podcasts, both internally and externally.
8. Manage and update the Solidsoft Reply website, ensuring fresh content and effective back-end system management.
About the Candidate:
9. Bachelor's degree (2.1 or higher) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
10. 2–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital communication; graphic design skills with Canva or Adobe are a plus.
11. Confident in public speaking and networking with clients.
12. Proven ability to produce clear, structured, and creative written content for various formats and audiences.
13. Comfortable using AI tools and eager to apply them in marketing activities.
14. Knowledge of technology marketing, with the ability to communicate technical topics effectively.
15. Experience managing and optimising social media platforms.
16. Experience planning and managing marketing events and budgets, with basic understanding of software, data, or multimedia concepts considered advantageous.
