The Role
As an Insight Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analysing customer behaviour, market trends, and operational performance. Your insights will directly shape our client’s business strategy, optimise processes, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyse large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
2. Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making across multiple departments.
3. Provide actionable insights to improve customer retention, acquisition, and engagement.
4. Collaborate with teams across marketing, finance, and operations to drive performance improvements.
5. Present complex data findings in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
1. Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL & Python.
2. Experience working with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
3. Ability to translate data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
5. Experience in a utilities, telecoms, or B2B environment is a plus but not essential.
