Branch Manager – Huws Gray Stratford Upon Avon
Inspired by the opportunity to lead a high‑performing team, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service, we’re looking for a Branch Manager to join Huws Gray at Stratford Upon Avon. As a Branch Manager, you’ll shape the success of your branch, create opportunities, and foster a supportive work environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Ensure you, your team and customers are safe by following all appropriate guidelines.
* Deliver top‑tier customer service that keeps people coming back.
* Manage branch performance whilst maximising profitability, including P&L and customer ledger responsibilities.
* Develop business opportunities – grow relationships with new and existing customers.
* Ensure your transport is used to its full potential.
* Support and mentor your team through delegation, training, one‑to‑ones and reviews.
* Oversee branch resources – including stock, equipment, and vehicles.
What You’ll Bring
