Offer | £24,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience)

Together Green Care is a growing care provider based in Sheffield, committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support in a warm and compassionate environment. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our office team and support the smooth day-to-day running of our services.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a purpose-driven organisation and wants to play a key role behind the scenes in a care setting.

As an Administrator, you will:

* Provide administrative support across the business, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
* Maintain accurate records for service users, staff and compliance documentation.
* Support with rota coordination, onboarding paperwork and DBS checks.
* Assist with filing, data entry and document management (digital and paper).
* Liaise with external stakeholders including families, professionals and suppliers.
* Support managers with reports, audits and CQC-related administration.

What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience in an administrative role (care or healthcare desirable but not essential).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A professional, empathetic and discreet approach.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
* Understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
