Job Description:
A Strategy & Operations Coordinator in EMEA Marketing supports the effective and efficient execution of Google’s marketing efforts in the EMEA region. This role assists in operationalizing marketing initiatives, helps track performance, and provides support for process improvements. The coordinator will collaborate with local, regional and global teams to ensure consistent workflows roll-out and contribute to achieving marketing objectives.
Job responsibilities:
* Provide operational support for specific marketing initiatives and programs within EMEA.
* Assist in the implementation of marketing operational plans, processes, and tools, ensuring alignment with EMEA Marketing goals.
* Support efforts to identify and implement process improvements, contributing to increased efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collect and organize data for performance tracking, assisting in the generation of reports on key metrics (e.g., budget utilization, OKR progress);
* Facilitate communication and coordination with internal stakeholders, ensuring information follow across relevant functions.
* Support G/R/L coordination efforts by gathering and sharing information with Global and local teams.
* Assist in basic change management activities for new initiatives within EMEA Marketing.
Minimum qualifications:
* 3 years of experience developing and implementing business operational strategies and processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness in a marketing context.
* 2 years of experience in a role focused on marketing.
Preferred qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field.
* Good understanding of digital/marketing principles and best practices, and how they relate to marketing operations. Experience in conducting business pilots and managing projects and expertise’s within a marketing context is a plus.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt to change quickly, and manage competing priorities.
