Job Title: Front of House Receptionist / Admin Assistant
We are recruiting a front of house Receptionist to support a business in Cradley Heath.
The role of Admin Assistant will contribute to the everyday running of a busy office. The ideal candidate should be organised, efficient, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for contributing to everyday operations, including:
2. Front of House duties: greeting clients, answering the telephone, taking meeting minutes
3. Dealing with incoming & outgoing post; both electronic & physical
4. Filing: both electronic & physical
5. Typing
6. Archiving & document management
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Solid organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, including relationship building across the business
* Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work quickly, accurately, and to deadlines, using a logical and methodical approach
* Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
* Ability to multitask
* Dedicated, enthusiastic, and reliable
