Fancy working in the world of high-end new build property customer service?
New Homes Customer Service Coordinator
Days + hours: Monday - Friday, 8am- 5pm. (Mon - Fri, 8-5pm or 9-6pm)
Location: West London, Notting Hill
Pay: £
When not based in marketing suite in West London, as a New Homes Customer Service Coordinator you will:
1. Liaise with contractors to ensure defects and/or snagging are being seen to, to time frame.
2. Answer inbound calls and queries from residents in new build homes.
3. Contribute to the smooth running of the office by undertaking other general duties e.g answering the phones, filing and any other tasks that may be needed.
