WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As a Senior Associate at Fredericks & Partners, you will leverage your 1-2 years of consulting experience in the UK, US, or European markets to drive impactful solutions for our clients. This role is designed for individuals with a high-level degree from a top university who are seeking a dynamic and challenging career path. RESPONSIBILITIES
* Project Leadership: Take a lead role in consulting projects, managing client relationships, and delivering strategic solutions. Contribute to the development and execution of project strategies.
* Mentorship Program: Participate in the Advanced Associates Mentorship Program, receiving personalized guidance from industry experts. Mentor and support junior associates in their professional development.
* Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges. Provide expert advice and insights, ensuring client satisfaction.
* Strategic Thinking: Apply strategic thinking to analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging opportunities. Develop innovative solutions to address client needs and industry challenges.
* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to achieve project goals. Contribute to a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
* 1-2 years of experience in a consulting environment within the UK, US, or European markets.
* High-level Business, Economics, or Management degree from a top university (ideally a UK or Global Top 20)
* Proven project management and client engagement skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You must not require visa sponsorship at any stage of your career.
