We are looking for a Car Parts Adviser to join the team at our Lancaster branch.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the motor trade, a familiarity with vehicle mechanics and computer systems, and have the skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone in an efficient and courteous manner.

* key skills in computing are essential, including web systems
Responsibilities:
* inbound and outbound calls to customers
* helping to serve customers at our trade counter
* ordering, invoicing and taking payments
* providing quotations
Either experience in a similar role within the motor industry or mechanical knowledge/experience are required. Full systems training will be provided.
This is a full time role, 40 hours Monday-Friday. Saturday work is required and is on a rota system. This is paid at an overtime rate.
