About the Role
We are seeking a full-time, experienced Store Manager to lead our Enfield branch. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring operational expertise, strong people management skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
You will be responsible for driving store performance, upholding brand standards, and fostering a positive work culture that empowers your team to deliver excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management, stock control, and financial performance
* Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
* Ensure full compliance with company policies, hygiene, and health & safety standards
* Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control effectively
* Maintain and promote Karak Chaii’s high service standards and welcoming atmosphere
* Build and manage strong working relationships with the franchisor to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence
Requirements
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles, ideally within a similar café or quick‑service environment (e.g., chai cafés, dessert lounges, or coffee shops)
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team
* Multilingual ability – fluency or understanding of additional languages (such as Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, or Arabic) is highly preferred
* Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills
* Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
* A proactive, customer‑focused attitude
