This is a newly created and highly visible role with scope to shape talent strategy and support scale-up across international offices.
What will the Talent Partner role involve?
* Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical and business functions, ensuring a best-in-class hiring experience.
* Develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-value roles, working closely with hiring managers.
* Build and maintain a strong employer brand through job boards, social media, and industry networking.
* Consult with international offices to adapt hiring processes that support timely delivery, while respecting regional variations.
* Identify key roles and create robust succession plans in partnership with senior leadership.
* Develop career pathways and progression plans to retain and develop high-potential internal talent.
* Design and manage early careers programmes including graduate schemes and university partnerships.
