Job Description Finance Litigation Lawyer Location : Liverpool Salary : £45,000 to £60,000 bonus Experience : 3 years’ PQE (commercial finance recoveries) An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Finance Litigation Lawyer to join our client’s established Creditor Services team in Liverpool. This role offers the chance to manage a high-quality recoveries caseload for a well-developed portfolio of finance clients and medium to enterprise-grade businesses. You’ll be part of a commercially driven, growing team, with real scope to build client relationships, contribute to team performance, and support junior colleagues. What You’ll Be Doing Managing a recoveries caseload from instruction through to conclusion Progressing matters efficiently and meeting court and client deadlines Providing clear, timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders Building strong relationships with existing clients and supporting wider client development Working towards agreed financial targets Supporting, supervising and developing junior solicitors and paralegals Playing an active role in a busy team environment, helping to maintain high standards of client service What We’re Looking For Essential Qualified solicitor in England and Wales 3 years’ PQE with experience in commercial finance recovery work Strong experience working to court timetables and managing deadlines confidently Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills A personable, hard-working approach and a strong team ethic What’s On Offer Salary of £45,000 to £60,000 bonus Hybrid working (up to 2 days per week working from home) 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays Bonus scheme Health cash plan Pension plan (with salary sacrifice option) Cycle to work scheme (after successful completion of probation) Wellness web app access Travel pass (after successful completion of probation) Death in service benefit Working Arrangements Liverpool.
