The Opportunity
You will be responsible for executing enterprise security strategy across EMEA, leading a team of specialists and driving maturity across core security domains.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate security strategy into regional operational plans
* Lead and develop a high-performing security team
* Oversee core areas: Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, Application Security, Risk & Compliance, Security Awareness
* Act as escalation point for major security incidents
* Manage KPIs, reporting, and executive dashboards
* Drive audit readiness and process standardisation
* Collaborate with global security teams
* Manage vendor relationships and governance
Requirements
* Strong experience in Cyber Security, Risk and Compliance
* Proven leadership in enterprise environments
* Knowledge of ISO 27001, CIS, OWASP
* Experience across areas such as Architecture, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management or Application Security
* Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
* Experience in multinational organisations
