Key Responsibilities
* Establishing and managing a new, innovative residential care service.
* Building and leading a cohesive, high-performing team.
* Setting ambitious targets and delivering outstanding care outcomes.

* Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in care.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in staff supervision/management.
* At least 2 years' experience in residential childcare, ideally as a Deputy Manager.
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
* Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to achieve).
* Full, clean driving license.
* Proven ability to support young people with challenging behaviours.
* Flexibility to cover shifts when required.
