Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Ilkeston. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing correspondence and reports, organizing documentation, processing expense reports, and maintaining accurate records. The role will also involve acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries, and ensuring that information flows efficiently between the executive team and other departments. The Executive Assistant will help prepare materials for meetings, track action items, and support project-related administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
* Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, with experience managing calendars, meetings, and executive communications.
* Proficiency in general Administrative Assistance, including document management, filing, and office coordination.
* Ability to prepare, track, and reconcile Expense Reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and readiness to learn internal systems.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
* Previous experience supporting executives or senior managers is preferred; experience in events, activations, or related industries is an advantage.
* Relevant education or training in business administration, office management, or a related field is beneficial.
