Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Communications Advisor.
The Call Handler is the first point of contact for our patients. This role is responsible for answering inbound calls promptly, handling queries efficiently, providing accurate information, and directing calls to the appropriate team or department. The Call Handler ensures excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls in a polite, professional, and timely manner.
* Record and relay accurate messages to the relevant person or department.
* Provide information, guidance, or basic troubleshooting to callers.
* Handle high volumes of calls while maintaining quality service.
* Escalate urgent issues to supervisors or relevant teams.
* Keep detailed records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in company systems.
* Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
* Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in healthcare, in particular dental would be beneficial
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality standards.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to safety practices.
