An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Central Retail & Warranty team for a Vehicle Retail Invoicing Administrator to carry out Tipton’s invoicing and administration, working 40 hours a week, with extra hours possibly required at month end.
Paying c£30,000 dependent on experience
Main Tasks
 1. To carry out the depots invoicing and administration systems efficiently across Vehicle Retail, Warranty & Contract.
 2. To ensure all invoice queries are quickly and effectively resolved
 3. Create pro forma’s from work instruction to obtain order numbers before invoicing
 4. To advise Depot Manager of any cost rejection so that appropriate action can be taken
 5. To ensure all Technicians’ paperwork is completed accurately to maximise profitability
 6. To liaise with Parts department regarding materials to be discarded.
 7. Effectively monitor the Work in Progress (WIP) reports to ensure Workshop instructions can be cleared as soon as possible.
 8. Work occasional Saturday mornings at month end if the workload dictates
Requirements:
 9. Comprehensive experience in Vehicle Retail invoicing and Warranty Claims within the HGV industry. (preferable)
 10. Full working knowledge of vehicle warranty and contract processes
