Key responsibilities of the PPC Specialist: * Build, maintain, and optimise PPC campaigns across multiple platforms. * Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. * Implement strong campaign structures, tracking, and budget management. * Monitor performance daily, making proactive adjustments to hit client goals. * Generate clear reports via Looker Studio, translating data into actionable insights. * Communicate campaign performance to clients in jargon-free language. * Stay on top of PPC trends and platform updates, bringing fresh ideas. * Collaborate with SEO and wider marketing teams to align strategies. * Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure accurate reporting. Channel focus: * 80% Google Ads * 10% Microsoft Ads * 10% Paid Social (Meta) Required Skills & Experience * 3 years’ hands-on PPC management (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads essential). * Strong e-commerce experience, including product feeds via third-party tools and Google Merchant Centre. * Experience running Paid Social campaigns on Meta. * Excellent client relationship management and communication skills. * Solid understanding of digital marketing beyond PPC. * Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and data interpretation. * Strong project management skills.
