Are you a creative leader with a passion for arts, community, and cultural change? Borderlands is looking for a Creative Engagement Producer to lead an ambitious programme of cultural activity across Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland. You’ll work with artists, communities, and other partners to develop and deliver exciting multi‑artform projects, championing local creative talent and driving meaningful community engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and brings energy, vision, and strong project management skills to everything they do. If you have experience producing live events, building partnerships, and a genuine commitment to inclusive arts practice, we’d love to hear from you.
