Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: High End Retirement Property in Exeter
Contract Type: Temporary - 2nd March until 3rd April 2026
Salary: £25 per hour Umbrella PAYE ONLY
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys a role covering both planned and reactive maintenance across electrical building services systems.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on building services systems.
*
Respond to and resolve reactive maintenance issues efficiently.
*
Support the completion and coordination of minor works identified during maintenance activities.
*
Work closely with the onsite FM team and other service partners to ensure smooth site operations.
*
Assist with fault finding and diagnostics across building services systems.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience
*
Electrical maintenance Experience
*
Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent.
*
City & Guilds 2382 – 18th Edition.
*
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
*
Experience delivering PPM and reactive maintenance within commercial environments.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
