Job Title: Administrator
Location: South Yorkshire
Rate: Negotiable depending on experience and background
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to support our Commissioning Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paperwork, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Commissioning Engineer with project documentation preparation and management.
2. Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
3. Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all project-related documents.
4. Handle correspondence with clients, contractors, and team members.
5. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
6. Manage calendars and appointments for the Commissioning Engineer.
7. Provide general administrative support to the engineering team.
Experience:
1. Ideally have a background in Construction or Engineering.
2. Knowledge of commissioning processes is a plus.
