Senior HR Partner (Sales & Offering Management) We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Partner to join our team at Honeywell to support the Sales and Offering Management functions within the ESS and IA businesses in the UK, to be based in Bracknell. In this role, you will serve as strategic partner to business leaders, delivering comprehensive HR support that aligns with organizational goals and drives business growth. You will play a key role in shaping and executing people strategies focused on talent acquisition and development, employee retention, and engagement, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will span across core HR operations including employee relations, performance management, ensuring compliance and excellence in HR delivery. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement regional HR strategies that support our evolving business needs.
