We are seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Account Manager to drive the growth of our own label product portfolio across major UK grocery retailers. This role is ideal for a customer‑centric, analytical, and relationship‑led individual with strong experience in FMCG, private label, or retail buying/supplier management. You will be responsible for managing key retail accounts, delivering profitable growth, leading customer projects, and identifying opportunities for innovation within the category. Key Responsibilities Account Management & Commercial Ownership Manage day‑to‑day relationships with designated grocery retail accounts, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction. Deliver annual sales, margin, and profitability targets across your account portfolio. Lead JBP (Joint Business Planning) meetings and contribute to long-term strategic planning with each retailer. Analyse sales data, category insights, and market trends to inform account strategy and identify growth opportunities.
